Desde FEMZ consideramos clave la colaboraci\u00f3n entre las empresas que forman parte del sector metal para mejorar su competitividad. Por eso, en 2023 FEMZ puso en marcha siete Comisiones de Trabajo.<\/p>\n

Esta propuesta innovadora nace del objetivo fundacional de defender los intereses de las empresas del sector que representa y prestarles servicios que les aporten un valor a\u00f1adido. Su creaci\u00f3n sirve, tambi\u00e9n, para incrementar la participaci\u00f3n de las empresas asociadas en la toma de decisiones.<\/p>\n

Su labor se centra en realizar una adecuada labor de interlocuci\u00f3n y representaci\u00f3n frente a los diferentes agentes sociales y pol\u00edticos; coordinar la ejecuci\u00f3n y participaci\u00f3n de las empresas asociadas en proyectos de inter\u00e9s, y dise\u00f1ar servicios adecuados a las necesidades reales de los asociados.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Diego Alierta<\/strong>, director gerente en UMEC, es la cara visible de la comisi\u00f3n de Industria, Competitividad y Movilidad;\u00a0Jos\u00e9 Luis Lapetra<\/strong>, director de Log\u00edstica RRHH y Control de Gesti\u00f3n de COFERDROZA, es el encargado de liderar la comisi\u00f3n de Comercio y Log\u00edstica;\u00a0Antonio Garc\u00eda Garc\u00eda<\/strong>, presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Empresas de Ascensores de Arag\u00f3n por MAGAIZ, dirige la comisi\u00f3n de Instalaciones y Servicios.<\/p>\n

La Comisi\u00f3n de Relaciones Laborales queda en manos de\u00a0Inmaculada Avellaneda Mart\u00ednez<\/strong>, directora de RRHH-CERLER Global Electronics; la comisi\u00f3n de Innovaci\u00f3n, Desarrollo y Energ\u00eda queda bajo la responsabilidad de\u00a0Tom\u00e1s Ramos Sim\u00f3n<\/strong>, Plant Manager de ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks Zaragoza S.L.; y la comisi\u00f3n de Transici\u00f3n Ecol\u00f3gica la preside\u00a0Clara Arpa<\/strong>, CEO \u2013 EQUIPOS M\u00d3VILES DE CAMPA\u00d1A ARPA, S.A.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n se ha creado una comisi\u00f3n de Potenciaci\u00f3n de la presencia de la mujer en el metal que tiene como cabeza visible a\u00a0Mar Alot<\/strong>, de ALOT METAL, S.L. y a\u00a0Mar\u00eda Somma<\/strong>, de ESPRINET, S.A. e\u00a0Inmaculada Avellaneda<\/strong>\u00a0como vicepresidentas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
