Desde FEMZ consideramos clave la colaboración entre las empresas que forman parte del sector metal para mejorar su competitividad. Por eso, en 2023 FEMZ puso en marcha siete Comisiones de Trabajo.
Esta propuesta innovadora nace del objetivo fundacional de defender los intereses de las empresas del sector que representa y prestarles servicios que les aporten un valor añadido. Su creación sirve, también, para incrementar la participación de las empresas asociadas en la toma de decisiones.
Su labor se centra en realizar una adecuada labor de interlocución y representación frente a los diferentes agentes sociales y políticos; coordinar la ejecución y participación de las empresas asociadas en proyectos de interés, y diseñar servicios adecuados a las necesidades reales de los asociados.
Diego Alierta, director gerente en UMEC, es la cara visible de la comisión de Industria, Competitividad y Movilidad; José Luis Lapetra, director de Logística RRHH y Control de Gestión de COFERDROZA, es el encargado de liderar la comisión de Comercio y Logística; Antonio García García, presidente de la Asociación de Empresas de Ascensores de Aragón por MAGAIZ, dirige la comisión de Instalaciones y Servicios.
La Comisión de Relaciones Laborales queda en manos de Inmaculada Avellaneda Martínez, directora de RRHH-CERLER Global Electronics; la comisión de Innovación, Desarrollo y Energía queda bajo la responsabilidad de Tomás Ramos Simón, Plant Manager de ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks Zaragoza S.L.; y la comisión de Transición Ecológica la preside Clara Arpa, CEO – EQUIPOS MÓVILES DE CAMPAÑA ARPA, S.A.
También se ha creado una comisión de Potenciación de la presencia de la mujer en el metal que tiene como cabeza visible a Mar Alot, de ALOT METAL, S.L. y a María Somma, de ESPRINET, S.A. e Inmaculada Avellaneda como vicepresidentas.
